FAQs

Everyone has their own unique circumstances in terms of how much time and focus they can devote each week to the programme.
In an ideal world I’d suggest 1 – 1.5 hours per week to complete the exercises set in enough detail to benefit fully from the subsequent session.

I have built in some contingency for those ‘curve ball’ moments, with 6 sessions to be completed over 2 months so that if you need to reschedule a session or need more time to complete exercises between sessions, we have a few additional weeks to play with.

Stepping out of our comfort zone and investing can be scary, and it’s normal to feel fear or uncertainty.

I’m committed to helping you to choose courage over confidence in the first instance. I’ll provide a proven process, support, feedback, and accountability to help you make a successful career pivot.

The great news is that this is an investment that will last you a lifetime! Once you learn the tools and technique’s I will teach you in this programme you can use them to positively impact every career decision you make moving forwards!
