Weekly Implementation Room

A dedicated hour each week where your pivot moves forward.

We begin with a quick check-in on what each person is focusing on, then use the time intentionally.

Sometimes that means quiet co-working while you make progress.
Sometimes it means using me as a sounding board.
Sometimes it’s sharing challenges and gaining perspective.

The goal is simple:

You leave the room having moved something forward.

Monthly Strategy Session

Once a month we zoom out together.

We step back from the week-to-week activity and look at the bigger picture:

What the next step should be

  ACTIVATE runs as a simple monthly membership.

  £47 per month

  To create continuity and trust inside the room, members join with an initial 3-month commitment.

  After that, your membership continues month-to-month, and you’re free to stay for as long as the space feels useful for you.

  As more Pivot clients complete the programme, the room gradually grows — but it remains intentionally small so everyone receives meaningful support.
